North Beach, MD, adopted the 1999 BOCA National Building Code with amendments. North Beach, MD, Municipal Code § 49-1 (adopt and amend).

Calvert County, MD, adopted the 2009 IBC and IRC. Adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of Calvert County 9-3-1996 by Res. No. 36-96; amended in its entirety 4-19-2011 by Ord. No. 09-11, provided in Appendix A.

Existing Buildings

Existing buildings undergoing repair, alterations or additions and changes of occupancy shall comply with the Maryland Building Rehabilitation Code set forth in COMAR Title 5, Subtitle 16. The Maryland Building Rehabilitation Code adopted the 2012 IEBC; therefore, Calvert County adopts it as well.
